Privacy Policy

Last updated August 30, 2026

This policy explains what information JLSweb collects when you visit this site or reach out about a project, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business name (if given), and your message. We don't collect payment information through this site. Project payments are handled separately, outside the website.

We don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. The only thing this site stores in your browser is a single preference, light or dark theme, saved to your device's local storage. It never leaves your browser and isn't tied to your identity.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and, if we work together, to deliver the services you've engaged us for. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Contact form submissions are delivered through a third-party form-processing service, and the site itself is hosted on third-party infrastructure. Both may process your data according to their own privacy policies as part of routing your message or serving this page to you.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and project-related communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, complete any project you engage us for, and meet basic bookkeeping obligations afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see "Contact us" below.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you're located in the EU, UK, or a US state with its own privacy law (like California), you may have additional statutory rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Reach out and we'll do our best to honor them regardless of where you're located.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Check back if you want to know what's current.
